We are happy to offer students (1) registration fee waivers and (2) a limited number of scholarships to help cover travel and lodging costs.
We will consider requests for registration fee waivers on a rolling basis. Students should expect to hear back shortly after applying. Successful applicants will be able to register without having to pay a fee; those who have already completed and paid for registration will be invited to submit the cost of registration for reimbursement following the conference.
The application period for competitive scholarships to help cover travel and lodging costs will close on January 21; we will notify students about the success of their applications one week later. Successful applicants will be invited to submit their travel and lodging costs for reimbursement following the conference.
Students interested in either a waiver or scholarship (or both) should complete this combined application. The application period is now over; applicants will hear back by January 25.
